On 23/12/2025 the Range Forest Officer, Thoubal has received an information from People for Animal, Thoubal at 3:00 pm that some unknown persons are hunting wild birds using Gas Operated Air Gun at Thoubal Khsetri Leikai Area. Joined Team of Thoubal Range Forest Staff and PFA, Thoubal rushed to the site. On seeing the combined team accused ran away leaving the six carcasses of spotted Dove and two Air Gun.
