The said Sawn Timber (Special Class) are hereby, confiscated under Section 52 (3) of the Indian Forest (Manipur Amendment) Act, 2018. The timber shall be disposed off through auction as per the Acts and Rules in force however vehicles bearing Redg. No. MN-01-AA-0409, AS-24-C-6075 and NL-01-AC-9454 are released to their respective owners as per the provision under Sec 52(5) of the Indian Forest (Manipur Amendment) Act, 2018
